Manage your Twilio phone numbers and assign them to agents
How inbound calls work
- 1. Add your Twilio phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +15551234567)
- 2. Optionally assign a default agent to handle all calls to that number
- 3. If no default agent is set, callers will hear an IVR menu to choose an agent
- 4. Configure your Twilio number's webhook to point to your server's /twilio/voice endpoint
